Although there is a windows shortcut to open the full menu i.e Shift+F10 But Sometimes it becomes annoying pressing the combo keys again and again to get Full Right Click Menu on Windows 11.

How to FIX Not getting Full Right Click Menu on Windows 11 


We will talk about the CMD Line Way which will change the registry setting (Don't Worry You Ca also undo this If anything Goes Wrong)

  • Open Windows Terminal with Windows PowerShell or Command Prompt. You don’t need to start it as administrator.
  • Copy and paste the following command into Windows Terminal, then press Enter:
reg add "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32" /f /ve



  • Close Windows Terminal.
  • Restart the explorer process, or sign out and sign in, or restart the PC to make changes in your PC/Laptop.

DONE Now You Don't Have to Click on Show More Options Again ever.

If everything goes right, it should say “The operation completed successfully.”

Now How To get back To Original Settings a.k.a Re-enable Windows 11’s default right-click context menu


  • Open Windows Terminal with Windows PowerShell or Command Prompt. You don’t need to start it as administrator.

  • Copy and paste the following command into Windows Terminal, then press Enter:
reg delete "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}" /f

  • Close Windows Terminal.
  • Restart the explorer process, or sign out and sign in, or restart the PC to make changes in your PC/Laptop.

DONE Now You Have the Original Settings Again.
